Learn practical confidence building techniques to gain and maintain self efficacy, improve leadership skills, and live with your head held high. This service is for those struggling to mend or rebuild a relationship with a love one. Learn the tools to make your relationships thrive. Acceptance, good communication and conflict resolution skills are a few strategies that we work on to develop health relationships. All services comes with bi-weekly one-on-one coaching calls with me, regular check- ins, a personal strategy plan designed just for you, and actionable items to complete and document for progression.
